This vintage Strawberry Shortcake replacement piece is the green leaf top from the Snail Cart. It snaps on to a red strawberry piece (not included) that was used to store the Snail Cart picnic items on the way to the picnic.
The last two photos show how the leaf is used with the playset. This listing is for the leaf piece only, all other items are sold separately.
