This commissioned portrait features a striking Morgan horse, a breed known for its expressive eyes, refined features, and proud, spirited presence. Created as a custom commission, this artwork highlights the Morgan’s distinctive elegance and strong character through careful attention to anatomy, color, and expression.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect both the personality of the horse and the meaningful environment chosen by the client. From subtle coat variations to nuanced textures, every detail is carefully rendered to bring the scene to life.

How Your Portrait Is Created

1. Digital Sketch & Approval — Each commission begins with a hand-painted digital sketch for your review. This stage allows adjustments to composition, lighting, and overall mood before final work begins.
2. Final Artwork Creation — Once approved, the portrait is completed according to your chosen finish:

• Digital Painting on Canvas — Professionally printed, ready to hang
• Hand-Painted Oil on Canvas — Traditional oil painting with rich texture and depth

* Finishing Touches — Oil paintings receive protective varnish, and all canvases       include finished edges and hanging hardware. Progress images are shared throughout, and minor refinements can be requested before finalization.
