What it is:

Shine is a pale lemon yellow that changes to a glowing true neon green.

Pair with D505 Epiphany for a glitter accent, and will bring out the green sparkles in the holographic glitters.

How to charge your glow dip powder

Please keep in mind that your jar of glow colors have not been exposed to light for several days while they are being shipped to you- due to this, please take some time to intentionally charge your glow powders upon arrival, turn the jar upside down and let them sit outside in the sun (gently swirling the jar to ensure that a majority of the powder is exposed), or inside a UV light for around 30 seconds.
